National Business/Sales Head – Home Finance

Job Summary

The National Business/Sales Head will lead and drive the national sales strategy for home finance and loan finance products, manage a high-performing sales team, and oversee business growth across the country. This role will focus on expanding market share, achieving revenue targets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy : Formulate and execute national sales plans for home loans and mortgages.

Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a nationwide sales team to achieve targets and ensure professional growth.

Business Development : Drive new business, build relationships with key stakeholders (developers, brokers, etc.).

Market Insights : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies.

Customer Focus : Ensure sales teams offer tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Collaboration & Compliance : Ensure alignment with marketing, operations, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.

Experience : 20-25 years in sales leadership within home finance or financial services.

Leadership : Strong team management and motivational skills.

Sales Expertise : Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop sales strategies.

Industry Knowledge : Expertise in home loans, mortgages, and financial regulations.

Communication : Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

Tech Proficiency : Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.

Travel Flexibility : Willingness to travel for business development.
