Management Trainee / Executive – Entry Level (Fresher)
Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our team as Entry-Level Executives or Management Trainees across various departments. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to begin their professional journey and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic corporate environment. The selected candidates will work closely with experienced professionals, receive on-the-job training, and support daily operations and projects.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support : Assist teams with day-to-day tasks, documentation, data entry, and coordination across departments.
Customer/Client Handling : Respond to queries via email or phone and ensure timely resolution with appropriate guidance (if applicable).
Data Management : Maintain and update internal databases, reports, and records accurately.
Team Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams on ongoing projects and process improvements.
Learning & Development : Participate in training sessions to build skills relevant to the assigned department (e.g., finance, HR, operations, support).
Process Compliance : Follow internal protocols, ensure quality, and maintain confidentiality of company data.
Qualifications and Skills
Education : Graduate in any discipline (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, BBA, BCA, etc.). Postgraduates can also apply.
Experience : Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of internship or job experience.
Communication Skills : Basic written and verbal communication skills; ability to understand instructions and convey information clearly.
Computer Proficiency : Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort using digital tools.
Soft Skills : Positive attitude, willingness to learn, time management, and attention to detail.
Adaptability : Open to working in different roles and departments as per business needs.
