Relationship Manager – Sales (Affordable Home Loan)
Location : Multiple locations across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Tamil Nadu
Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager – Sales to join our Affordable Home Loan team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new home loan customers, building strong relationships, and driving loan disbursal in the affordable housing segment. This is a field-based, target-driven role best suited for professionals passionate about financial inclusion and helping families realize their dream of owning a home.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and acquire new customers for affordable home loans through direct sales, channel partners, and referrals.
Drive loan disbursements by promoting suitable loan products to eligible customers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Guide customers through the home loan process — from application to disbursal.
Channel Partner Coordination:
Develop and manage relationships with builders, real estate agents, and other channel partners to generate leads.
Loan Processing Support:
Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and verification processes.
Coordinate with credit, technical, and legal teams for timely processing and approvals.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the affordable housing sector.
Target Achievement:
Meet assigned sales targets for home loan disbursements and customer acquisition.
Track daily activity and performance metrics, and report to branch leadership.
Qualifications and Skills
Education:
Graduate in any discipline. Postgraduates/MBA preferred.
Experience:
1–4 years of experience in sales, preferably in housing finance, banking, or NBFCs.
Experience in affordable housing loan sales is an advantage.
Sales & Communication Skills:
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain loan products and eligibility criteria clearly to customers.
Comfortable working in field-based roles and meeting clients on-site.
Languages:
Proficiency in English and regional languages (Telugu/Tamil) is preferred.
Other Skills:
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and resilient under pressure.
Familiarity with local markets and geographies.
Tech Skills:
Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile CRM apps.
