Job Summary
We are seeking a capable and detail-oriented Assistant / Deputy Manager – Application Support (IT) to work closely with the Head of IT. The ideal candidate must possess strong functional and technical expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS), along with a sound understanding of enterprise applications, troubleshooting, and IT governance. Experience in an NBFC or Housing Finance company will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Head – IT in managing the company’s end-to-end application support functions, with primary focus on LOS and LMS platforms.
Ensure smooth functioning of LOS & LMS by monitoring performance, resolving issues, and coordinating enhancements or fixes.
Handle day-to-day incident management, service requests, and troubleshooting related to LOS/LMS and other business applications.
Coordinate with product vendors, internal stakeholders, and business teams to manage LOS/LMS upgrades, workflows, rules, and new feature deployments.
Validate LOS workflows, credit appraisal modules, underwriting rules, documentation processes, and disbursal flows.
Oversee LMS processes including repayment schedules, EMI posting, foreclosure, NPA tagging, and account modifications.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of application configurations, change requests, integration points, and troubleshooting logs.
Ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements applicable to NBFC/HFC operations, including audit readiness for LOS & LMS environments.
Conduct user training and support teams in effective utilization of LOS/LMS features.
Work with integration teams to ensure smooth data flow between LOS, LMS, accounting systems, payment gateways, and other enterprise applications.
Contribute to ongoing improvements in IT controls, system reliability, and process automation.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent.
Experience: 3–8 years in Application Support or IT Operations, with hands-on experience in LOS & LMS in NBFC or Housing Finance domain.
Strong understanding of LOS/LMS workflows, business rules, underwriting modules, loan lifecycle, and credit operations.
Proficiency in SQL, system integrations (APIs), incident management, root cause analysis, and application monitoring tools.
Familiarity with ERP platforms, cloud-based systems, and database management.
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, ticketing systems, and enterprise application environments.
