Team Managers – Sales (Affordable Home Loan)

Location : Across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana & Tamil Nadu

Job Summary

We are hiring a dynamic and goal-oriented Team Leader – Sales for our Affordable Home Loan vertical. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Relationship Managers, driving sales performance, managing customer acquisition, and ensuring loan disbursal targets are met across assigned locations. This role requires strong leadership, field sales experience, and an understanding of the affordable housing finance ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, train, and motivate a team of Relationship Managers to achieve monthly and quarterly home loan disbursement targets.
Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure consistent productivity

Sales Strategy & Execution:

Develop and implement sales plans to generate leads and improve loan conversion rates.
Drive sourcing through direct sales, channel partners, and builder relationships.

Customer Relationship & Support:

Ensure high-quality customer interactions and experience throughout the loan journey.
Resolve escalations related to customer documentation, loan processing, or service issues.

Channel Development:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners, builders, and real estate agents.
Support team in strengthening channel network for continuous business flow.

Process Coordination:

Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for faster turnaround time and smooth loan disbursal.
Ensure complete and accurate documentation from customers and team members.

Reporting & MIS:

Track daily sales activities, prepare performance reports, and share insights with senior management.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, pipeline, and customer interactions.

Qualifications and Skills

Education:

Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

Minimum 3–6 years of field sales experience in housing finance, banking, or NBFCs.
At least 1–2 years in a team-leading or supervisory role.
Exposure to affordable housing segment is highly desirable.

Leadership & People Skills:

Strong team management, coaching, and performance tracking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Sales & Target Orientation:

Proven track record in meeting sales targets and driving team performance.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Language & Local Knowledge:

Fluency in English and regional languages (Telugu and/or Tamil).
Familiarity with local markets, customer profiles, and housing trends.

Technology Proficiency:

Comfortable using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, Word), and digital applications.
