Mr. Suchindran V G
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Suchindran V G is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited with over twenty-three years of experience in financial services and capital markets and more particularly in the inclusive finance industry where he has supported the scaling up of many entities from the start-up stage into well respected entities.
Before co-founding Nestavia, Mr. Suchindran was the CFO at Veritas Finance Private Limited, where he was responsible for functions of Finance and Treasury. He was earlier the CEO of IFMR Investment Adviser Services Private Limited, the fund management and investment advisory arm of IFMR Trust, where he successfully launched the fund platform in the alternative investment fund space. He has previously worked with Equitas Group where he was heading investor relations and business planning at Equitas Holdings Private Limited as well as Treasury, MIS and Risk functions at Equitas Micro Finance Private Limited and Equitas Finance Private Limited before it became a Small Finance Bank.
Prior to that, he worked as Vice President – Operations at Variman Capital Market Services, Treasury Analyst at Citibank NA and part of Corporate Treasury team at Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Limited.
Post his graduation in Commerce from Ramakrishna Mission Vivekananda College, he completed his professional Diploma in Software Technology & Systems Management from NIIT after topping the Bhavishya Jyothi Scholarship Exam. He has completed three professional courses namely Chartered Accountancy (presently a Fellow member of ICAI), Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) with an all-India rank in Final examination and Company Secretaryship (presently an Associate member of ICSI) with an all-India rank in Intermediate examination apart from Preeti Puraskar.

Executive Director and Chief Business Officer
Mr. K.P. Venkatesh is the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer at Nestavia . He is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience driving growth, transformation, and operational excellence across diverse industries, including manufacturing and financial services. He has a holistic blend of cross-functional expertise from sales and service to underwriting and strategic leadership. He has consistently led organizations of all sizes, from start-ups to large corporations, through high-growth and turnaround phases.
He has deep knowledge in general & operations management, sales and marketing along with brand development, advertising and business strategy, product development, and risk management. He is Known for his value-driven leadership, adaptability , and results-focused approach which enabled him make a lasting impact across geographies and business verticals, leaving organizations primed for sustained growth.
He believes in a strong customer-centric philosophy rooted in the inverted pyramid leadership model that made him successful with a scintillating career journey in companies like JK Tyre, where he pioneered truck radialisation, and in financial institutions such as Cholamandalam, GMAC, Equitas, IKF, and Veritas, where he was instrumental in scaling up business operations.
He is Mechanical Engineer from University of Madras and PGDBM from XIM-B.
Mr. Kalyanasundaram C
Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer
Mr. C Kalyanasundaram is the Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited and carries over 28 years of experience in financial management, accounts, audit, systems and operations.
Before co-founding Nestavia, Mr. Kalyanasundaram was the Chief Internal Auditor with Northern Arc Capital Limited. From 2009, he has served Northern Arc Capital Group in various capacities including as CFO for the Investment arm, Head of Accounts & Operations etc. Prior to joining Northern Arc, he worked with Standard Chartered Bank and Cholamandalam Investment & Finance Company Limited.
He has a bachelor’s degree in law from Bangalore University as well as in Commerce from University of Madras
Mr. Ramesh N
Senior Vice President and Head – Business Intelligence
Mr. Ramesh N heads the business intelligence function at Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited. He comes with 37 years of work experience in financial services with leading NBFCs covering the entire gambit of retail loan products. He has previous working in Indostar Capital Finance Limited and has worked earlier with the Shriram group, GE Countrywide, Cholamandalam Finance, Equitas Small Finance Bank etc. across functions namely, finance and accounts, credit, collections, operations and information technology. Among his key experiences, he was instrumental in implementation of large data migration project at an NBFC, rollout of technology namely LOS, LMS and collections at many start-up NBFCs, initial set up of the centralized operations for an NBFC etc. He has also been responsible for successfully handling the statutory and regulatory audits for various NBFCs.
He is a post graduate in Commerce as well as post graduate Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.

Senior Vice President and National Legal Head
Mr. Boopalan D leads the Legal Function at Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited. He brings with him an illustrious career spanning over 36 years in the financial services sector. His journey through some of India’s most respected Banks and NBFCs namely Equitas Small Finance Bank, HDFC Bank, Cholamandalam Investments & Finance Company among others which was marked by a reputation for Legal Excellence and Strategic Foresight. A seasoned legal strategist and his multifaceted expertise encompasses Business Legal support, Litigation Management, Legal Team Development and Training. He has been instrumental in developing legal process frameworks and implementing legal modules. He is known for his analytical rigor, ethical leadership, and result-oriented approach, commitment to legal excellence and corporate governance.
He is a Bachelor of Commerce, an MBA, and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B), equipping him with a holistic understanding of both legal and business paradigms.
Mr. Sankara Krishnan GV
Senior Vice President and National Credit Head
Mr. Sankara Krishnan GV heads the credit function at Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited. He comes with more than 22 years of experience in banking and financial sector, out of which the last 15 years were in underwriting and understanding of the underserved segment in the Home Loan industry. He has vast experience in Sales, Credit, Risk and collections functions. In the initial phase of his career, he has underwritten high value loans for an MSME’s for their work capital, term loans and other trade loans. From the year 2011, he has been into underwriting of un-organised business segment with informal books of accounts. He has also handled other functions like fraud control, technical and legal assessment which is very imperative for the secured loans. He has worked in organizations like ICICI Bank, Equitas, PNB Housing Finance, JM Financial Home Loans, Aavas Financiers and prior to joining Nestavia, he was the National Credit Head at Muthoot Fincorp Limited where he has handled the team strength of around 800 people in credit and risk departments.
He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an Alumni of Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta).
Mr. Hrishikesh NC
Vice President and Head – HR
Mr. Hrishikesh NC is the Vice President and Head – HR for Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited and he has over 23 years of wide experience in the field of Human Resources.
Before joining Nestavia, he was with Sterling Software, a CAMS Subsidiary. He has worked primarily in the IT & ITES sector and in Organizations like Cognizant, HCL group etc. He comes with significant experience in HR function with good exposure across all areas especially in the areas of talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement – HRBP and HR transformation.
He is a commerce graduate from RKM Vivekananda College, Chennai and holds a post graduate degree in Social Work specialising in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations from Madras School of Social Work, Chennai. He also did his Post Graduate Diploma in HRD (full time) at Symbiosis Centre for Management & HRD, Pune.
Ms. Lakshmi Priya K
Vice President and Head of Finance
Ms. Lakshmi Priya K is the Vice President & Head of Finance of Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited. She comes with over 12 years of experience in the finance industry. She is responsible for leading the finance team, driving financial reporting, taxation, and providing strategic guidance to the executive leadership. She works closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives and ensure that the company’s resources are optimally allocated to support both short-term and long-term growth.
Prior to Nestavia, she was the Assistant General Manager in Samunnati Financial Intermediation and Services Private Limited where she was responsible for functions of Finance. She was earlier the Senior Manager – Finance & Financial Controller at Veritas Finance Private Limited, where she was primarily responsible for all the controllership functions within the finance department. Prior to that, she worked as Finance Specialist with Sundaram Business Services Limited having started her career as a Management trainee at Ennore Port Limited.
She holds a post-graduation degree in Commerce from D G Vaishnav College and has further honed her expertise with a professional qualification as a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).

Mr. PK Periya Karupan has joined Nestavia Home Finance as Deputy All India Business Head based at Chennai. Mr Periya Karupan is a seasoned business leader with over 20 years of experience in financial services, specializing in business establishment, strategic expansion, and operational excellence. He has proven expertise in scaling operations across South India and driving sustainable growth in affordable housing finance. He is a results-driven professional with an unbroken record of business growth and profitability. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of Madras and completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Annamalai University. In this capacity, he will lead and oversee the Business Sales and Marketing Function of Nestavia.
Mr Ravi Kumar Jayanthi

Mr. Ravi Kumar Jayanthi is the Chief Technology officer of Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited. He has over 25 years of experience in IT, having worked with leading organizations such as Deloitte, Genpact, Spandana Spoorthy, Aeries Technologies, KFIN Technologies and IKF Finance Limited. He has expertly steered high-performing global teams across diverse geographical regions, driving excellence in IT Application Delivery, DevOps, IT Infrastructure Management, Information Security and Enterprise Support. He holds the privilege of being part of the pioneering team that launched India’s first mobile app for personal loans, a milestone in the digital financial transformation and he also played a pivotal role in spearheading the LIC IPO project, the largest initial public offering in India’s history, showcasing his expertise in managing large-scale, high-impact financial technology initiatives. His expertise in IT strategy, operations, and leadership makes him an asset in driving technological innovation and operational excellence.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and has earned prestigious certifications, including CIO Leadership Excellence from ISB, MCP, MCSE, and CIISA.

Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer
Ms. Aruna V is the Company Secretary and Chief Compliance Officer of our Company and is responsible for handling all the regulatory compliances and ensuring implementation of Corporate Governance practices in the Company. She comes with ample experience in Legal, Secretarial and Corporate Law compliances across many companies including Dvara KGFS in the NBFC sector and Butterfly Gandhimathi Appliances in the listed manufacturing sector.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Pondicherry University, Puducherry apart from a post-graduate degree in MBA (Banking & Finance) from SVKM’s Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. She is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Assistant Vice President and Head – IT Infrastructure
Mr. Jayavel G heads the IT Infrastructure at Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited and he comes with over two decades of experience in Cloud Architecture, IT Infrastructure and Technology Leadership. He has been at the forefront of driving strategic IT initiatives that enhance business efficiency and scalability. Prior to Nestavia, he was the Assistant Vice President – IT at 360 One Wealth Management, where he led cross-functional teams for designing and implementing cutting-edge cloud solutions and has developed IT strategies that align seamlessly with business goals. His expertise spans cloud migration, disaster recovery, cost optimization, cloud resources management and ensuring seamless digital transformation. He takes pride in his ability to bridge the gap between technology and business, delivering solutions that not only improve performance but also generate cost savings and operational resilience. Additionally, his experience in IT governance, vendor management, and stakeholder collaboration ensures that technology investments drive tangible business value.
He is a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) from Annamalai University along with a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE). He holds an AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate certification and recently, he has further expanded his expertise by completing a DevOps Program from GUVI, an IITM-incubated company.

Senior Manager – Central Operations
Mr. Vairamuthu M is the Senior Manager – Central Operations team based in Chennai. He brings over 15 years of experience in operations within the housing finance sector. He began his career with Mahindra Home Finance (NBFC) and has since built deep expertise in streamlining loan processes, particularly for rural markets. His work has consistently supported the growth of affordable housing finance solutions across diverse geographies. He has managed operations in Home Loans, Mortgage, and LAP areas and has expert knowledge in the process areas of Loan disbursement, Document verification & discrepancy management, Accounts payable and receivables in loan and vendor management, and e-NACH process flow. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Madras.

Mr. Pradeep Kondaveeti
Vice President & State Business Head, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana
Mr. Pradeep Kondaveeti is the Vice President and State Business Head for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana based out of Vijayawada. He has more than 16 years of experience with proven track record in the home loans and mortgage lending business across functions namely sales and distribution, business development strategy, credit, operations, collections, product and portfolio management, team management as well as P&L management. He is responsible for growth of branch network and profitability outcomes for the lending business of the company in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. Prior to joining Nestavia, he was earlier with Unico Housing Finance Private Limited as State Head at Vijayawada handling branches in AP. He has strong understanding of home loans and mortgage loan products including analysing market trends built on significant experience after having worked in organizations like Repco Home Finance, TruHome Finance, Aadhar Housing, HDFC Limited and PNB Housing.
He has M.Com in Marketing Management from Acharya Nagarjuna University.

Vice President & State Business Head, Tamil Nadu
Mr. Jayakumar P is the Vice President and State Business Head for Tamil Nadu based out of Chennai. He brings over two decades of rich experience in retail lending, with deep expertise across sales and distribution, credit, operations, collections, and portfolio management and as the State Business Head – Vice President for Tamil Nadu, he leads growth initiatives, branch expansion, and profitability for Nestavia’s home finance portfolio in the state. As a specialist in mortgage products and risk management, he combines a strong understanding of market trends with a customer-centric approach to structure effective lending solutions. His leadership has consistently delivered results through cross-functional team management and strategic execution. Prior to joining Nestavia, he was the State Head at Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., managing statewide operations.

Assistant Vice President & Deputy State Head, Telangana
Mr. Naveen Kumar M is the Deputy State Head for Telangana based out of Warangal. He comes with more than twenty years of experience in home and mortgage loans across banking and financial sector with proven track record in sales, collections and team management. He is skilled in understanding the client needs and structuring the loan products to meet their requirements based on his deep understanding of home loans market. He has also handled cross-functional teams to drive business growth through a collaborative approach and strategic leadership. He is also adept in managing collections. He was earlier with Indostar Home Finance Private Limited as Cluster Head at Warangal handling six branches before joining Nestavia.

Mr. Vemula Vasantha Rao is the Deputy Regional Head for Business based at Machilipatnam, Andhra Pradesh. He has over 15 years of rich experience in sales and operations in the financial services sector having worked across organizations like DCB Bank, Aptus Value Housing Finance , IIFL Finance and Manappuram Finance prior to joining Nestavia Home Finance Private Limited. He is a specialist on home loans and mortgage loans. He is passionate about creating customized financial solutions for clients thus ensuring their loan needs are met with expert guidance and assistance. He has a strong understanding of home loans and mortgage loan products, market trends, compliance and risk management with expertise in sales, collections, CRM and stakeholder management.

Mr. Krishnamoorthy Jayaraman is the Deputy Regional Head for Business based at Dharmapuri. He is a seasoned sales and business development professional with over 18 years of experience in the affordable housing and financial services sector. He joins Nestavia with a strong track record in driving branch performance, customer acquisition, collections, and business growth. He completed his graduation in Commerce and also holds an MBA degree. He has successfully led large teams and managed multi-branch operations with customer focus and result-oriented leadership.

Mr. Kumar serves as the Assistant Vice President and State Legal Head for Andhra Pradesh, based out of Vijayawada. He brings with him over 14 years of distinguished experience in the financial services sector, having worked with reputed banks and NBFCs, including Indiabulls Housing Finance, Hinduja Housing Finance, Aye Finance, Sundaram Home Finance, and Equitas Small Finance Bank.
With strong legal acumen and strategic foresight, Mr. Kumar’s expertise spans business legal support, litigation management, legal team development, and training. He has played a key role in designing legal process frameworks and implementing legal modules that enhanced operational efficiency. Prior to joining Nestavia, he served as Divisional Legal Manager at Equitas Small Finance Bank, where he led Legal Business Support for Andhra Pradesh. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.

Deputy Regional Legal Head, Tamil Nadu
Mr. Nallamani serves as the Deputy Regional Legal Head for Tamil Nadu. He brings with him over 15 years of rich experience spanning financial services and court practice. Over his career, he has been associated with reputed institutions such as IIFL Samasta Finance and Equitas Small Finance Bank, in addition to his active legal practice in Madurai courts.
Mr. Nallamani’s expertise lies in Business Legal and Litigation Management, with strong proficiency in land laws and property-related legal matters. Known for his sound legal acumen and practical problem-solving approach, he plays a key role in supporting business operations with strategic legal insights. Mr. D. Jithendhar serves as the Area Legal Head for Telangana and brings over six years of diverse experience in financial services and court practice. Before joining Nestavia, he was associated with Bajaj Housing Finance Ltd. and Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd., alongside active legal practice before various courts in Telangana.
His expertise lies in Business Legal and Litigation Management, with strong command over land laws and property-related legal matters. Recognized for his sound legal acumen and practical problem-solving approach, he holds a Bachelor of Business Management (Marketing) and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Kakatiya University, Telangana, along with a Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) from the same university.

Mr.Karthik M is the State Technical Head for based at Tamilnadu. Area Credit Manager, Dharmapuri
Mr. Anandan is the Area Credit Manager for branches in the Dharmapuri Area. He is based out of Krishnagiri. He has around 12 years of experience in Credit and Sales. Prior to joining Nestavia, he was handling credit with Sundaram Home Finance in the Affordable housing finance segment after starting his career with Muthoot Group of Company after his post-graduation.
He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Sacred Heart College, Thiruvalluvar and has completed MBA from KS Rangasamy College of Arts and science, Tiruchengode.
Mr. Sivasubramanian S
Area Credit Manager, Kumbakonam
Mr. Sivasubramanian is the Area Credit Manager for branches in the Kumbakonam Area. He is based out of Cuddalore. He has around 12 years of experience in Operations and Credit. Prior to joining Nestavia, he was handling credit with Urgo Capital in the Prime housing finance segment after starting his career with Muthoot Fincorp after his post-graduation.
He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Acharya Arts and Science college, Pondicherry and has completed MBA from Dhanalakshmi college of Engineering, Chennai.
Mr. Ganesh Guntuka
Deputy Area Credit Head, Warangal
Mr. Ganesh Guntuka is the Deputy Area Credit Head for branches in the Warangal Area. He is based out of Warangal. He has around 5 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Credit. Prior to joining Nestavia, he was handling credit with Vastu Housing in the affordable housing finance segment after starting his career with Home First Finance Company after his post-graduation, where he handled marketing, collections, and sales.
He completed his Bachelor of Commerce from Satavahana University, Karimnagar and has completed PGDM (Marketing and Finance) from ITM Business School.
